PRICE GUIDE: $250,000 – $300,000
WHATS INCLUDED: This project included bulk earthworks, detailed earthworks, engineering and design of slab, commercial grade concrete slab, drainage hookup, stormwater and electrical trenching.
This construction was completed by First Sheds Canberra Ranbuild.
Paramount Concreting was subcontracted to help on this pour.
This was constructed for a storage warehouse in Hume.
*As always, the price of a project is highly dependent on the amount of earthworks to be completed, whether services need to be run in (plumbing, stormwater and electrical) and the exact dimensions of concrete.
